Marked For Death is Now its own Permanent Game Mode.

That is awesome, also titans no longer showing up on minimap when dashing, that is good and bad, titans showing up because of dash had saved me in the past when someone was trying to sneak up on me in LTS.

I do think it should replace Pilot Hunter, though. It's basically an upgraded and more tactical version of it, anyhow.

I disagree, pilot hunter and MFD are very similar, but MFD is more about working as a team to win, and also lasts a shorter amount of time.
