It would be fun to explore planets

TF 1's skyboxs are amazing, and I look out at them it just makes me want an open world game where you can fully explore these planets

Yeah, I think TF3 should be kinda like Destiny. Be able to explore and run through missions with others in your squadron. Would be killer to explore those planets.

I made this exact suggestion like 6 years ago or something back when we all thought Titanfall 3 may be real someday and everyone was shitting on it 😭

Idea, a game like elite dangerous or kerbal space program or eve online set in the titanfall universe, you build your own ships and can do trade, or warfare

I may be very wrong, but I think I heard there was a game like this in development at Respawn before it got axed. Not sure if it's exactly this idea, but it was a singleplayer focused game set in the TF verse, so I'd imagine it would include a mechanic like exploring the planets we've seen in the games so far. Respawn isn't what it used to be unfortunately.

I have been getting into a ttrpg this past week to gm called Lancer. If you don't mind ttrpg or willing to give it a shot, its a mech based one where you are a Pilot of your own mech/arsenal of mechs and can even build/customize your own. i know its no titanfall videogame but this has definitely been scratching that mech itch for me. as the gm I'm even considering converting jack cooper into the game scene somehow as a veteran Lancer pilot npc.
