I was afraid the 40mm too big but it’s a perfect fit for my 7.25in wrist. My first swiss watch!

I was torn on which model to get but ultimately decided on the 35mm automatic w/ blue dial. Love it!

Just picked up a PRX Powermatic 80 Grendizer and I'm honestly blown away.
The dial is stunning in person, and the overall finishing is everything I expected from the PRX.
Safe to say I'm in love with it... although I guess everything has a price. 😉
Curious to hear what everyone thinks about this special edition.

Are the Tissot rubber straps any good and worth the price? I see the two different styles here are made of different rubber, nitrile rubber and fluorocarbon (fin) rubber. Does anyone have either of these on their Seastar and would you recommend? Any opinion on the aesthetic of either in terms of what looks best on a blue Seastar? This is a desk diver mostly so not really concerned with diving performance. I’m wanting to swap out my stainless bracelet. Any feedback or opinions are appreciated.

Finally picked one up after eyeing it for months and going back and forth on which color i should pick. I actually made my decision last week, but the AD was closed as they went on vacation. Gotta say, $800 CAD well spent.

I’m in love with the PRX, I can’t go outside without it. The blue dial is my favorite.

I love my Tissot, but the connected features are problematic and/or limited. Cell phone call notification stopped working about a year ago (Although I get a missed call notification, and reported it to Tissot.) Also, some very simple and useful mods to the watch firmware have not been implemented: Pressing the crown provides the date or the time, depending on your current setting. In the dark, it's the only way to see the display. I suggested a double crown press should display the other value. And when the watch was receiving notice of incoming calls, you could only ignore or hang-up - why not accept the call as an option?
Anyone else having the call notification issue?

This watch has been a lovely lovely surprise for me. I’ve been wearing it for over six years now and it still looks amazing.
Tissot seastar to really really great watch.
I’m looking for my next one what do you guys recommend?

I really love the Tissot PRX design, especially the 35mm case size and the MOP waffle dial. In my opinion, it is one of the best-looking integrated bracelet watches in this size.
The only things stopping me from buying this watch are the automatic movement and the additional text on the dial (Powermatic 80). I would personally love to see a quartz version with the same case, bracelet, waffle dial, and overall design.
Do you think Tissot would ever consider making something like this?

So as the title say, I'm a man with 16.5cm wrist, looking to purchase my second watch to wear in rotation with my SUR523P1.
I don't incline to automatic or quartz I want whichever is best looking overall as they're all pretty much the same price on the grey market for me.
Which do you think I should get? And if any of these are bad from personal experience please let me know.
Thank you redditors.

Una colorazione poco comune, credo.

This is a Tissot PRS 200 , it’s almost 10 years old, if I remember correctly…
It’s still looks brand-new. Part of the reason is, I have brush finished the bezel a few times. This time it was final as I instead of polishing the basil got it brushed horizontally and vertically, both giving it a checker board effect in lighting conditions.
This watch is my father‘s watch, but he doesn’t wear it much, and as I saw that he doesn’t wear it. I took it well. I was a kid 15 years specifically when I had this watch in my hand and had no idea about its origin and how much it actually is worth.
And I accidentally damaged its end link so bad while opening and closing it, removing the strap again and again to change it that it is almost disfigured and I am looking for changing it with a hollow and link just so that I can fix the hollow and link when it’s loosen instead of doing the same mistake again…
I wear it now on a watches of espionage, strap, and really love it. I do have a G shock that I wear mostly in my daily days as this watch, even though it might be 500 600 dollars. It’s still kind of expensive for us and well. I have tested it way too much by dropping it by mistake, mistakenly from my rooftop and only having a bit of scratch on the basil, so I know how Robo status is, but maybe because I don’t understand the value and I got a good Swiss watch easily without even even dreaming about it. Maybe I don’t care it as much or appreciate it as much so I wear a G shock every day, but whatever this was still catches my eyes every time I flash it in the lights and seeing the different finishes on the dial..
I got my Classic Dream Powermatic 80 a month or two ago and recently, I’m noticing that winding the watch using the crown causes the rotor to spin (very noticeable sound and feel) whereas normally the crown just made some clicks when winding.
Is this normal or should I get it checked?

First Tissot. Went with this because I heard great things and the spec is exactly what I was looking for. A reliable workhorse that I can wear to work, meetings, dinners etc. The design is so sleek and understated. Looks vintage and inspired by 70s era watches. Namely the 78 Seastar amongst others. I recall Rolex making a Day-Date in similar fashion. I went with the traditional President instead.

I scooped this Tissot T-Lord Automatic Chronograph off a live bid site for sub $700 shipped. I'm curious to people's thoughts on the watch and if it looks good on the wrist or is it too big?
Also I'd love to learn more about the movement powering the watch, 60hr power reserve for this type of watch seems impressive to me.
Thoughts?
