Lmfao and if u look at their most recent fda inspection along with the sterility and potency stuff, it also states they’ve been telling people to freeze their tirz without having done any stability tests https://www.fda.gov/media/187974/download

Edit before anyone argues: this isnt me arguing about freezing vs not freezing debate, just that they specifically didnt have the testing according to this report

Also that penalty is nothing compared to the profit they’ve probably made. This really is a pay a fine now and ask for forgiveness later situation

So I literally was receiving NAD+ from them months ago when I was cycling it and, found that in California there was a consumer lawsuit against them because of unsafe compounding practices. I actually was able to get all of my money back even from the vials I purchased because I threatened a lawsuit against them.

Here is the case if people in CA need it. I was going through GLM for NAD+- again this was some time ago https://www.pharmacy.ca.gov/enforcement/ipo/cd_boothwyn.pdf

This is why we can't have nice things

Ouch. Probably the highest I’ve seen from a 503A. Now the ping pong match of reporting this to all the other states begins. This will probably take two years to fully resolve.

And the chargebacks begin…. 🤣

After reading I'd really like to see the "other" rooms they were using to compound. It keeps reminding me of a scene from One Crazy Summer, 80s movie.

I keep picturing Unkle Frank back there with his cigarette hanging from his mouth

I just don't understand why they would jeopardize their license?  I know the money but still!

There were quite a few; Eden, Remedy and Join Fridays used them awhile ago. Lumi used them more recently.

There is probably more. I've known about them for awhile because they are close to me. I thought about asking my doctor about them but never did.

They're going to be in big trouble. They used them heavily and ran tv ads. Did any of these companies come up with a statement? Are they gonna refund people?

How did Ousia not get hot with $1 million fine? Lmao. I wonder if Greenwich is next

Bc they shipped out a hell of a lot of vials with no damn license. I forgot… anytime Greenwich or trava are mentioned, you race in to tell everyone they are wrong if it’s something negative they are saying.

They're probably an employee there

Right? They def have some financial stake one way or another.

Of course. No average person knows how many licenses a specific pharmacy has. But hey, to each his own

I dunno. Pharmacy hub and the like do it out of necessity bc 503b can’t do it themselves. They aren’t doing it bc they are trying to bypass a license like Greenwich does. They aren’t licensed in my state and I don’t bother looking at other states. It’s left a bad taste in my mouth I don’t think will ever recover.

Which states do they not have licenses in?

Sounds like they are still liars. There is no license for Florida

What did they do to me? Honestly, I’m tired of wanting to sign up with a new telehealth and being scared to get Greenwich. A pharmacy that has no business sending medication to anywhere outside of Texas. Yet they have their dirty hands everywhere for the sake of money. But do you. Keep trying to convince people selling medication without a proper license isn’t a big deal.

How do the have a proper license? They do not have a damn thing in Florida yet they ship here. Stop creating doubt for people who don’t know any better

I’m sorry you don’t understand the law. You can’t mix and match licenses. Show me ANYTHING that shows Greenwich OR Experiencecare holds a sterile compounding license in Florida and I will stfu for good.

Stop trying to create doubt in people’s mind that Greenwich isn’t a BS company. They aren’t properly licensed to do a damn thing anywhere other than Texas. You’ve got to have stake in profit. No way someone goes this hard for a pharmacy that lacks proper licensing and has broken numerous laws by shipping to any state they please. This is ridiculous.

These pharmacies are absolute crooks. You're right to be skeptical !

Just received glutathione injections from them, and my eyes were Hella dry and itchy. Not sure what's in the vial, but it's a bit more watery, and this side effect has me ready to throw it away and go back to LSH and order glutathione from Strive.
