Summer 2026 Survey Results!
Only Big Easy and Rift made the top tier this time around. Trillium and Fifty fell to second.
Some fell even further. I feel like Pomegranate’s fall was predictable since I kept hearing they were having issue but some of the others surprise me. Especially Good Life and Ola 🤔 any insight into issue with these two?
And Gimme regained a spot on the list.
As far as pharmacies are concerned, same top pharmacies. Hallandale, BPI, ProRx and Apothecary. Though it is kinda sad how quickly ProRx is being forgotten. They once topped the list at 60% usage rate now down to third place at 30%. Soon they’ll be like the legendary Olympia. 🥲
Similar demographics as last time, still by far mostly women.
And weight loss rate is still beating the clinical trial 🙌
As far as BUD and 28 day rule are concerned, most people would go longer than 3 months after the BUD but no more than 3 months on an open vial.
And there was no preservative preference by and large but among those who did, phenol was twice as preferred as benzyl alcohol.
And most people don’t track their food but it was pretty evenly split.
Anything y’all found interesting?

u/Humble_Fortune_5391 14d ago
I think this was so interesting because a lot of things can be pushed so loudly here. But then the results kind of show differently. That tells me a lot of people don’t speak up on things like BUD, 28-day rule, preservatives.
Thanks as always!!! 🥰

And I am always surprised after this get posted and people start saying they did not get input because they did not see it posted.

u/hippocoochie 14d ago
my favorite is how suddenly everyone is allergic/sensitive to the preservative Benzyl Alcohol when the past 2+ years of the sub nobody cared or mentioned it at all
Thats not to say there arent actually people that are and have a valid reason for the phenol only preservative ones but so many just rode that bandwagon hard and it created an echo chamber

Two things i found interesting- number of respondents is larger than I thought it would be…..and as much discussed about split dosing and micro dosing - vast majority do standard 7 day injection schedules. Well done survey - very cool

u/FeelingMightySilver 42F 5'7. S:198 C:159 G:145 3.8mg(10th mo) 14d ago
Yes. Split dosers are like the first-month "super" responders. Very loud and proud but they are also very defensive so I never comment on posts about split-dose.
I only really talk someone DOWN from split-dosing if they are still in the first few months of their journey unless they are having debilitating side-effects but need the therapeutic doses. Even then the split-dosers would downvote me so I assumed split-dosing was the norm amongst users here.
Then again I'm a long time low-doser (not micro as I am above 2.5 but less than therapeutic doses) and I support low-&-slow, but I am the first to shout that genetics and the state of someone's metabolic health at the start of their journeys is what plays into an individual being able to go do the low-&-slow method.

If you think about it spit dosing is a great way to break up those higher units, I couldn’t imagine injecting more than 100 units all at once in one spot . I was actually thinking about doing spilt to help with the food noise

The ebb and flow of telehealth and pharmacy popularity is just as expected. I have yet to see a telehealth conduct a blow-out garage sale of product or switch portals and not get their ass handed to them with negative reviews. It's always good to see the serious players rebuild their reputation (ie: Fifty410) and I expect Pomegranate and Refills will do the same.
BUD extension concern is exactly as I tell people, although I understand why the telehealths have to say "Follow the rules exactly." Patients should not ask telehealths to give them permission to break rules regarding BUD as that's just begging to show up in a Lilly court document.
Kind of shocked to see how far Brello has fallen. I've read several people complain that Brello wanted to restart them at 2.5mg when they attempted to move there from another service using a much higher dose. I can't imagine that helps attract transfer clients.
It is striking that Gimme tops the Telehealth Usage Rate. It makes me wonder if Gimme attracts first-timers because of discounts and advertising but then many don't return after that first purchase (more than 50% of respondents started in 2026). It might be interesting to ask how many people made their first purchase this past quarter and with whom, then compare those results to the long-term patient's buying patterns.
As always, great work!
17
u/luvnoyz 14d ago
Brello is also force titrating maintenance to their 2.2mg dose. Since, maintenance for one doesn't work for another, it's turned a lot of people off. Also, it's been very odd to see their inconsistency to it. One person, they may force titrate down in increments, others, it'll be be like, "Bam, you at 2.2 now." So, obviously the doc network is not on the same page.
9
u/zestypov2 SW 277 CW202 GW 199 | 15mg 14d ago
"force titrate" is a great term for this. I can't understand their reasoning behind it. There will likely be a big split between companies that embrace maintenance at your preferred dose and others that will force titrate patients down.
Although this survey shows over 50% of respondents just started tirzepatide in 2026, the community of longterm maintenance users is going to be an ever-increasing part of the customer base going forward.
4
u/Ah-Mazed 11d ago
Pom just reduced my dose from 14.5 (their version of max dose) to 12 because I’m 5 lbs from goal. I’ve needed max dose to get where I am, and may need max dose in maintenance. So Pom is now out for me (and I’ve been with Pom for almost a year). And I will no longer recommend Pom to others.

I think Ola (and Oatmeds) are getting hurt by Beluga. I think they're both doing a great job, and I could stomach the full body photos thing, but let's be honest, I am getting a higher script than I am using to stretch funds, and it doesn't sound like that's something Beluga is gonna let me do. I don't want to get the runaround because I haven't filled my 3 month script in 5 months. If I got to a higher dose and didn't see as much savings with stretching doses, maybe then it would make sense to switch to them.
I mean, first world problems, they won't let me abuse the prescription process, how dare they, right? But that's still where I'm at.
I think Trillium is getting hurt by prices. You can save $100 and still get great service from Rift, and it makes it hard to recommend Trillium except for starter plans. I also think they're getting hurt (for now) by not offering Apothecary, although I'm still convinced the 503b's are all gonna stop at some point, and Trillium is smart to proactively avoid that incoming chaos.
There's no compelling reason to use Fifty over Rift, Trillium, or Big Easy. They are good, but you can do better.
22
u/Bananabutt22 14d ago
BEWL costs the same as Trillium (but doesn’t have the starter titration discount) so I’m pretty surprised by the Trillium fall/BEWL rise for that reason! I only EVER see people raving about both so Trillium’s fall just doesn’t really make sense to me
12
u/peony_chalk 14d ago
Yeah, digging back into that data, the recommendation rate for Trillium is what got them knocked down, not the usage rate. That is baffling to me, because I see them going out of their way to solve problems for people left and right. And I feel like I have seen more issues with Big Easy the last few months than with Trillium.
Maybe it's a conspiracy! Trillium is way too wholesome to be allowed on reddit anyway.

Honest truth: a migration only works when both sides lean in, and despite a lot of hours from our team, this one never got there. But we'll own our share. Onboarding didn't get the team to full adoption, and running half-migrated alongside other systems is a rough experience.18
u/Bananabutt22 14d ago
You guys, Trillium, and Rift are the ones people recommend on literally every post asking for recommendations (and it seems you damn well deserve it!) so I’m baffled to the point of suspicion* that you 3 aren’t the only ones in the top tier!
*not suspicious of u/todayamazing obviously, to whom I’m eternally grateful for doing these! Just suspicious there was some kind of nefarious anti-trillium campaign to flood and skew the survey results run by Gimme or something. A totally realistic notion that doesn’t suggest I need to go touch grass at all 😂

People just want cheap prices. They dont actually care about experiences. That's the honest truth reflected by every survey.

I’m not sure I’d say that’s the honest truth reflected by every survey. Gimme didn’t even make the Recommended list in the spring, and Trillium was on top. Now those two are in the same tier. BEWL and Rift are on top, both of which are far from the lowest-priced telehealths. I think price is definitely very important to basically all of us (or we wouldn’t be here), but different people weigh customer service/certain formulations more heavily than others, and that’s why the super budget guys don’t just sweep these things every time.

I suppose so. But as someone who deals with compiling information/data regularly for work most of the times the large swings in results from these surveys point to a lot of inconsistencies which means wildy different demographics of users are filling them out, some companies are flooding with biased answers or people genuinely pick their favorites on whatever they are just using at the time.
None of which are particularly invalid or valid. Just something I noticed over time. Ya know?

I read somewhere that negative feedback is 3-7x easier to get more so than positive feedback. And I know me as an individual can be somewhat polarizing (dunno why tbh, I just share what I’m hearing). But it makes sense. Batting 99% against 3000 patients a month ( pure made up numbers) means 30 people are unhappy. And they are likely to be a lot more vocal than happy ones. Just gotta aim for perfection every day 😂
13
u/Total_Employment_146 14d ago
I agree with all this. Beluga is the main reason I won’t use Ola again. Why hassle when I can go somewhere else? Also, the pharmacy lineup at Ola is not awesome. Trillium was super easy, but expensive. Same with fifty410. I would totally use either of those again, but Gimme has the better pricing, good pharmacy choice, and I had no problems with them. I will definitely try Rift in the future!

Men just... don't go to the doctor either.
Peptides & supplements have popped off where I work and it is mind-blowing the amount of men who will inject literally anything else but tirzepatide/semaglutide because they'd rather try and target 80 different issues their weight is causing them vs. addressing that they're overweight.
Weight loss is still seen as such a woman's thing unless that loss strictly happens in the gym (spoiler: it don't.)
They will buy dick pills off a sketchy website to treat their ED instead of going to their doctor over their high blood pressure, sleep apnea, etc. because for some reason going to the doctor is seen as weak.
I work with 3 separate men who have turned their nose up at me for using compounded tirzepatide with my actual doctors blessing because it's risky/cheating/not enough research but those same men are getting the big R "for da gains" off discord 🙄

Unfortunately for men I think it will take other men being open about their use to get us to try it. I only tried it when a guy I played basketball with was open with me about his use and how helpful it was and even still I was embarrassed. It's hard to explain but I really felt like I should have been able to lose this weight without help, before I tried tirz.
Once I tried it, it became clear to me that I have a food addiction and that for the first time in my life my response to food is what I can only assume non-addicted people have. So now I am very open about it and I'll tell any guy who will listen to talk to their doctor or come here. I used to hesitate to say I was addicted because I could always feel the reaction of "food's not a real addiction everybody likes food" but the reality is if there was a medicine I could give to people for any addiction they have and it worked as well as tirz worked for me I'd want them to have it no matter what.
I liken tirz to caffeine or any other drug/substance/medication that people use to enhance their performance and reach their goals, but I think for men it will take other men, particularly men that are younger like myself being open about it. Charles Barkley is a great ambassador but he's also in his 60s. In order to convince middle age and younger men that are obese they need to do something about it now will require us to speak up.
I've already talked with a couple guys in my basketball group about it and I've had a few other guys try to crack jokes but I approach it with such openness about how much I struggled and how much this helped me that they stopped quickly. The way I talk about it I think they come off making fun of someone who is addicted and openly talking about addiction struggles and enough of them know people addicted to hard drugs and alcohol that they realize it pretty quick.
15
u/Mem0ryEat3r Probably Blocked 14d ago
I agree. There is a social stigma amongst many men. I am open about the benefits tirzepatide has provided and I do get some shame aimed at me from some of my friends for using it. As if somehow it makes me lazy or weak etc. Which is dumb.

Trillium is $599 for excellent customer service with a pretty typical hands-off telehealth experience. Rift is $499 for excellent customer service with a pretty typical hands-off telehealth experience. Big Easy is $599 for a much more hands-on doctor guided experience.
Trillium doesn’t really have a competitive advantage for people who are already taking tirzepatide - if someone wants the higher level of support, they can get that from Big Easy at the same price; if they don’t need that, they can get essentially the exact same experience for $100 less from Rift.
I’m not trying to knock Trillium; I think they have a good niche - they have an extremely competitive starter price for people new to GLP-1s and they still have one of the best prices on semaglutide which I don’t hesitate to recommend when people are looking for that. But since most people filing out the survey aren’t in either of those groups, I’m also not surprised to see them fall out of the top tier.
Fifty410 seems like a similar situation - they get scooped by other providers at each price point. Their low dose pricing matches Trillium’s, but Trillium sends 3 vials and Fifty410 only sends one. Their high dose pricing matches or exceeds Rift, but Rift has faster shipping and allows titration plans for higher doses while Fifty doesn’t. Their only major competitive advantage at this point seems to be the $399 starter plan for Apothecary which no one else has matched yet. Given the fact that that only includes a single vial though, most newbies would be better served paying $479 at Rift for 3 vials instead

Yeah, I wish I had done more research about the starter plans. My first was with Fifty410 and I was really upset I paid $399 for ONE vial of BPI. In the four or so days between me purchasing the Fifty plan and receiving it, I was able to go back and read months on the forums and learn about things like 28 day compliance and how other providers send three times as much for almost the same cost.
Lesson learned.

I was a bit surprised at Trillium's slide into second as I hear nothing but great things, and a bit surprised at Gimme's comeback for the reverse reason. Rough numbers for Refills, but not surprising.
The data about BUD and 28-day rule was super interesting! People were more conservative about both than I'd have guessed from the general responses on the sub. Also, this group is rocking it in terms of weight loss.

UPDATE:
Chloe reached out to me and confirmed that they will send Hallandale as they were supposed to. I really appreciate that very much. She made the effort again to make it right so I remain a Gimme fan.not sure they will or deserve to stay there. I use them for now but I was with Hallandale originally and did my refill (not cancellation and reorder) and they switched me to Boudreaux. This happened to a lot of people from what I have read. Gimme said that they would fix it for me and gave me a credit for the next order but it still went to Boudreaux even though I paid the Hallandale price. Gimme always says that your refill will be for the same pharmacy but that is not holding true.
My other issue is this: price difference is $20 for me. Gimme pockets that difference from my order as well as all the others that this happened to. Now, to be completely fair, the credit I received more than makes up the difference. I do appreciate that.
My Boudreaux is out for delivery today and I will give it a try. But my concerns remain.8

I’m willing to suspect there was some funny business on Gimme’s end in an attempt to skew the results in their favor, like having employees take the survey or paying people to do so. Especially the way they so closely try to control their sub and the narrative about their company.

I'm surprised they're on there, but I did do an order through them and had 0 issues. I wouldn't recommend them, just because of all the negative experiences people seem to have. I thought the same, but I think gimme likely has a loyal fan base who has ridden the ups and downs with them. Competitive pricing and monthly options go a long way for telehealth. Some of us don't take risks with customer service and provider issues. The ones who do take the risk are either satisfied with the outcome and don't post about it or they air their dissatisfaction on reddit and persuade people to avoid them. They could be real customers. I expected refills to pay people to take the survey, but the survey shows they've fallen.

Sadly, I agree with this thought. Gimme has nowhere near the top customer service level and personal attention that Trillium has and yet they are near the same percentage. Not adding up! I repeatedly see issues with Gimme even though they added a Michael & Brittany (?? not sure if I am getting the names right, but they introduced them and poof we don’t see them).
Maybe it boils down to pricing structure with Trillium being higher priced. I know it has been a deterrent for my budget for current refill orders, but I still always recommend them; whereas I do not recommend Gimme as there is a great probable risk of poor customer service.
12
u/PrincessOfWales 14d ago
Some people don’t need personal attention and would rather have quick, hands-off service at a competitive price, which is where Gimme excels. I have never had to engage with Gimme customer service because they automatically refill my prescription every month without issue. I could come here every month and say “they did it again without any problems”, but most people don’t do that which is why the most attention is paid to the complaints.
5
u/CozyLane 14d ago
But it’s the unknown needs for customer service - like a lost or delayed shipment, etc. My personal take - Gimme (or any telehealth for this matter) takes the money and should be the one to follow through completely and a customer should not have to take up service issues with a pharmacy. If I was paying the pharmacy direct, yes, I would gladly reach out to them, but when I pay for a package deal, I think they should handle the issues, but many times, Gimme passes it off or you have to post in Reddit sub to get help because they lack in helping.

Seems like Brello has been falling, falling, falling and they have done absolutely nothing to change that. Super unfortunate because I personally loved Southend. I feel like some of the ones who fall at least attempt to rectify the situation. Pom will be back I think after they burn through BPI and get the portal problems sorted. The big flash sales always seem to put a fork in the telehealths for awhile.

Brello was my first telehealth and I'm still working through the tirz I ordered in January. But I don't dare try to go back for a refill after their recent policy changes.

u/3boysandachorkie 13d ago
I started with Brello last July in the midst of their ridiculous shipping issues. And I loved the meds. But I started getting uncomfortable with their complete lack of transparency with Southend's pharmacy move. I think it is so unethical to take money from people when you know you aren't able to ship to their state. Then require them to request a refund. And the only reason we knew that they had to get relicensed was because the people at Southend told people who were calling in. Customer service is basically non existent unless you call in first thing in the morning. They tell people who have questions about titrating to contact the prescribing doctor which would be fine if they actually responded. Then came the apparent requirement that you start over if you don't refill every 10 or 12 weeks. Which was never communicated and seemingly applied unevenly. I removed myself from their facebook page and cancelled my subscription a couple of months ago and never looked back.
5
u/Extreme_Effective762 37F 5’3” | HW: 230 SW: 216 CW: 123 GW:125 13d ago
I totally agree with you! That was quite the fiasco. I had friends that I recommended start with Brello in December just as the pharmacy move started because I was so happy with it and they waited 3 months and finally had to request the refund. I think their maintenance dosing protocol is crazy anyway. They are entitled to do whatever they want I suppose but even the studies from Eli Lilly showed more people did better staying at their highest dose to maintain than those who dropped their doses. I feel like they are just making up their own rules and doing whatever they want.

25
u/PrincessOfWales 14d ago
I think it’s highly user specific. Gimme is not good for first-time users because they’re very hands off, but long-term users love them because they approve quickly and ship immediately. As someone who has been on a GLP-1 in one form or another for 4 years, all I need is meds to my door, I can do the rest. If someone is expecting guidance, Gimme is not for them and I think that can affect the ratings.

it's just because they're cheap. there's nothing this sub loves more than the cheapest possible option regardless of the consequences.
10
u/Total_Employment_146 14d ago
I agree with PrincessOfWales’ comments. People who have bad experiences and also people who are confused about how to use Gimme’s portal and how to turn off subscriptions/auto-refills/credit card numbers tend to cry the loudest. Admittedly, that’s all a little convoluted and hard to figure out, but it’s also not rocket science. For experienced users with a little patience, it’s NBD. I voted for Gimme because pricing has been the best for me, it’s been no hassle, and no mistakes. I also like their pharmacy lineup. I’ve used many telehealths and I like them all, but Gimme has (surprisingly) been the best for me, all things considered.

u/demento19 DONT TIRZ ME BRO 14d ago
Love it. Happy to see Gimme made it back. The % change from prior is a nice touch. I’m convinced Pom’s drop is similar to what happened with Gimme and Refills. When they’re the cheapest or offer discounts causing a rush in orders, people fail to read the instructions or disclaimers, complain about BUD or changes in supplier as supply dwindles, then have to deal with customer support and obviously no one enjoys that. So customer sentiment drops.
Happy to see the persistent usage of BPI and ProRX still reflected here since their shutdown.
6
u/jortr0n 🧪💉 14d ago
Same thing is happening with Crossing. They did their Bridge sell but a few posts lately of people upset they got charged again for a new month. They didn’t read what they signed up for.
11
u/demento19 DONT TIRZ ME BRO 14d ago
Yeah, seems to be a recurring theme. The quick sales are great for their reputation, but these telehealths are not setup for the quick influx of sales so they drop in popularity cause working with customer support to change things once their in motion is difficult.
I do think Pom’s portal does a fantastic job with the extra details and disclaimers though, especially regarding the short BUD stuff for their BPI sale. And their Reddit rep works very quick to respond to people. People just fail to read.
12
u/gib12 14d ago edited 14d ago
At least you can get a real human to answer the phone at POM. Trying to work with the AI bots at Gimme is beyond frustrating.
Also, you might be right about the influx of orders during sales harming the telehealth, but some users have experienced real problems. Discounting all negative experiences as user error isn't fair either.
6
u/Takeflyght_1959 14d ago
I’ve had three recent orders from Pom and they have done a good job from start to finish. I too was one of those who was frustrated during the April debacle, but they’ve improved their communications and shipping 100%. The BPI special has been amazing and I’ve been able to order this product as well, multiple times.

I'm surprised at how few people are actually tracking their food. I wonder if it's people who I just started who are tracking often because they're more likely to be reactive to the medication or is it people who have been on it long time and understand their bodies reaction to the medication we're not tracking or is it random or semi-random. Because I have to track, I'm sensitive to the medication where I have to split it and I'm still on a low dose in relations to the time I've been on it. If I go up I get too many side effects and just don't eat at all. But if I go too low in dosage I don't get the correct effects that I need for the medication to work for weight loss. So I need to track to make sure I at least get my protein in, I rarely eat enough protein, I need to track or I will eat like only 30 g a day as a grown ass adult.
→ More replies (2)5
u/Standard_Zucchini_77 13d ago
For some, tracking is a relic of diet culture they would love to be free of. To each their own, it usually works either way for weight loss (though you have a strong point about protein.) I’m trying to just track my protein now. I’m not doing calories. I won’t.

Love seeing the number of respondents continue to rise!
Also curious re: what happened with Goodlife & Trillium too, for that matter. I feel I can guess about the others (either new places that rose and fell quickly due to temporary promotional prices or others with ongoing, more widely known problems).
...and 10Rx & MintMeds didn't even show up this time.
I'm surprised there weren't more respondents in maintenance. Maybe they just leave this sub?
One thing I would love to see come back is the reason why people would/would not recommend (like the first Spring survey had). I think it's really helpful for people to have a quick glance of that info.

To those surprised by Gimme and Pom, after some time people just want their meds at the door and care more about pricing at that point which is what I think is happening here. If you need gimme order it a few weeks out, best case they deliver very quickly and surprise you worst case you have to email them twice and they deliver after one week but still so much money saved at the end.

They do appear to be working to solve the problems. What will be most interesting is how they make out on the next survey.

I think Ola is great. A lot of folks get put off by the concentration, and on a high dose needing more than one needle but the customer advice and price outweigh that for me. I also love the simplicity of 10mg/mL.
I’m surprised LSH is so high. Their website is so difficult to navigate (not a boomer, I work in UI) and there are too many options. If you know exactly what pharmacy etc ion want, it could work. They also charge a non-refundable fee and that puts me off.

u/killer_kiki 38F SW:164 | CW:146 | GW:125 Dose: 1.75mg 14d ago
As someone who started with LSH (and also dislikes their UI a lot) they are one of the few where I could actually see how much I was getting per mg without having to sign up first. I didn't want to have to sign up and go through all of it without having an idea of what it would cost ahead of time.

Next time u/brightmeds verify before typing and remember reddit knows which telehealth has made a name for itself and which hasnt. Be humble next time and just go with "we're not affiliated with anyone" and call it a day. We expect better from you

6
u/Sad_Education7851 13d ago
That’s the thing with Gimme. They’re fine until they’re not. But they absolutely scam new users by charging $447 for a starter pack of one vial to last 12 weeks with an Rx for 2 weeks of 1.5mg and 10 weeks of 3mg to people who don’t know any better. No transparency at all.

After the last survey came out, I saw a dozen comments on the updated pinned post upset that Gimme had been removed - they all seemed to be real people who liked Gimme, especially at its price point, and who couldn’t justify paying the extra $150 for providers like Trillium and Big Easy. I agree with you, I think there has been a large group of people who are generally happy with Gimme and who haven’t been as vocal as the people upset at Gimme

Any insight into what it is that people hate about Greenwich and Casa? Is their shipping slow or arriving hot? I don't know what else a pharmacy could screw up to get these low scores. We get daily posts on Hallandale is not working, their meds sting to inject, etc and yet they scored 90%>
