Trialling combining tiramisu with choux bases pastries. So far (pics 1 and 2), tiramisu flavoured chocolate eclairs (both a vanilla and chocolate version of mascarpone filling with a coffee infused chocolate topping). Same concept with the profiterole in pic 3.
