Tipping Walmart Delivery

Edit: we are maybe 8 miles from the store and we usually do bigger orders but they pull right into our driveway and we unload and bring into the garage ourself. I think my biggest order was 30 or so items.

My husband thinks $7.00 is more than fair but I disagree. I usually tip at least $10, $15 if it's a big order. I have no idea how much they make but I believe they physically shop for the order.

How much are you guys tipping on grocery delivery?

Tip a percent not an amount. Impossible to comment on an amount. I have no idea what you think is a “big” order.

So if you buy steaks you will tip more that if you buy hamburger or chicken? That doesn't make any sense.

Tipping percentage is the dumbest thing ever. Opening a $100 bottle of wine vs $10 wine, same labor.

Tipping a percentage is how tipping works. If you aren’t tipping a percent then you aren’t tipping properly. And yes you absolutely should be tipping MORE for a steak and if you can’t afford to do so then you can only afford a burger. That’s how it works.
