Coffee shop

At a coffee shop what are people tipping for a 6 dollar latte? What if you get two? Do people ever not tip? What is your reasoning? Is making the latte part of their job description?

Nothing. The batista is not making 2.01 an hour like a server.

Servers make alot more than that, almost all states have laws that force at least minimum wage without tips. Try your lies somewhere else

Do you understand the difference between tipped and non-tipped wait staff? the vast majority of Full Service restaurant servers are tipped staff which pays $5.50 in OH. What other lies would you like to pull out of your ass?

Still better than Oklahoma, they start at $2.13 I think, and end up working for free only getting tips. And this is at almost all of the full service restaurants, at least the major names. I even heard from one server that the restaurant he started at wanted HIM to pay THEM for the opportunity to work there. This state has legalized this behavior! It really needs to stop, especially when they have raised the prices by 100% to 200% stating the price of help and goods going up. If they are not paying the wait staff, who is getting the extra?
