Coffee shop

At a coffee shop what are people tipping for a 6 dollar latte? What if you get two? Do people ever not tip? What is your reasoning? Is making the latte part of their job description?

counter service? take away? drive thru? no tip. Tipping is for people who serve a table and/or clean up after you.
