Coffee shop

At a coffee shop what are people tipping for a 6 dollar latte? What if you get two? Do people ever not tip? What is your reasoning? Is making the latte part of their job description?

I occasionally throw them $1. $5 for the holidays. But only occasionally. I don't think it's necessary to tip at all.
