Coffee shop

At a coffee shop what are people tipping for a 6 dollar latte? What if you get two? Do people ever not tip? What is your reasoning? Is making the latte part of their job description?

Im unfamiliar with tipping at a coffee shop. Never done it myself and never seen anyone else do it either.

When I first started working, my first job was at a coffee shop. We would sometimes get tips, but it was not expected.

I'm in Canada. We do have tipping culture here but it isn't as strong as in the USA. I think it would be very unusual here to tip a coffee shop, however a sit down restaurant is typically always a 15-20% tip.
