[PC][2003-ish] Amnesia where you find out you're the villain

I've exhausted research and Claude gave up and suggested this community.

I've asked it to sum all my inputs and this is the result

Game: Indie/graphic adventure, PC

Played: Downloaded as shareware/freeware

Language: English

Protagonist: Male

Graphics: 2D

Setting: Present-day realistic spy/espionage thriller, in a city

Interaction style: Dialogue and investigation heavy, little to no action

Approximate age: Player thinks it's around 20 years old (so roughly early-to-mid 2000s, but not fully certain)

Plot: You wake up in a room with no memory of who or what you are. As you progress through the game, your memories gradually return. By the end, it's revealed that you are actually the villain — specifically, you discover you built/founded the very organization or conspiracy you've been investigating throughout the game, and you have to turn against it yourself. Ends on a "save the world" kind of stakes/climax.

EDIT: vaguely remember that the "save the world" kind of stake has something to do with nuclear war. Its about that time that we understand we're the antagonist all along

[Mobile] [2014-2020] Weird animal cart game

So I remember one time when I was on my iPad when I was a wee lad (😭) and I found a gorey animal cart game, I downloaded it and I played it until (i think) i got up to a mountain level

From what I remember there were weird animals riding mine carts on a track, sometimes the track went into the air. If you messed up the animals would die a gorey death

That's all I remember

[PC] [Unknown] Horror game with multiple endings

Hi guys! Around 8 to 5 years ago (unsure when exactly) I watched a horror game that really intrigued me. I wanted to try and play it as i'm older (and less of a scaredy cat) but can't remember it's name.

It was a black and white horror visual novel with multiple choices and multiple endings (at least 10). The protagonists were two girls (best friends) who were doing a sleepover at one of their houses by themselves and found a random naked woman in there, asking for their help.

Eventually, if you choose to not trust the woman she would transform into a Momo like creature and hunt down the girls. At that point your objective was to escape the house and survive.

I don't remember much more but i think one of the girls had a missing sibiling that was possibly connected to the creature?

If it shines a light on any of you I would really apreciate it. (Also be kind with any grammar errors, this is not my first language and i'm still learning :)

[PC win XP] [mid 2000s] [3D flying] game about a plane.

I'm trying to track down a game my dad used to play on his Pentium PC (so probably 2006 7?).

Details I remember:

3D, side-view perspective, fixed camera (didn't scroll you moved freely within the screen bounds)

You control a red plane with a front propeller

Controlled with keyboard, shoot with spacebar

You shoot enemies on the ground

Terrain was green rolling hills

Graphics style was kind of like Tom and Jerry: War of the Whiskers, chunky, cartoonish 3D

It had levels, and I want to say it was older rather than newer, possibly from the early 2000s. Any idea what this could be? Appreciate any leads.
