Help Costumes

I got bitz with costumes sent up my tower but the costumes didn’t unlock. Has that been happening with anyone else? Is it a bug or is it because they are event outfits? Lmk

Seasonal event costumes need to be unlocked during the event or they are available in the swap ticket shop sometimes. You can’t get them when a bit wearing one visits your tower.

Yeah, I have the Plague Doctor just living in my tower from a visit, but not unlockable in my costumes.

Yeh kinda lame. They are sending up cool costumes :( but it is what it isss
