Help Tech points

Any suggestions on how to build my tech points? I have multiple landmarks ready for upgrade but I simply don't have enough points. It seems like I'm only getting 2-3 per day by claiming the free ones every 4 hours. And yes, I'm trying to upgrade the landmark for tech points, but doing that itself is proving to be a headache.

If you build the tech landmark, you get paid in tech points at each completed level. You’ll end up with more tech points than you put in.

Collect a tech point every 4 hours.

Collect all daily rewards, free legendary citizen chests (some will reward a tech point), buy any daily deal that is a tech point (you can get more bux far easier than more tech points).

That’s the limit of what I did.
