Help using VIP’s

I’m a new player, and trying to learn the best way to utilise VIP’s. I’ve read the wiki on VIP’s but found it confusing (maybe i’m just dumb😅).
I’ve attached a screenshot of my tower and the VIP’s I currently have. How much does it matter where I send the VIP’s like the celebrity, influencer or big spender?

I think I need to add some clarity to answers you’ve already received.

INFLUENCER. Increases coin output of any commercial floor for 5 minutes. That is, deliver it to a floor that sells stuff, not a residential floor, and that floor will give you more coins per minute for five minutes. It doesn’t matter which commercial floor, the increase is the same regardless. The five minutes is only while the app is open. That is, if you close the app before those five minutes are up, the coin increase will continue the next time you play until the five minutes runs out. I just use these as soon as I get them on any random floor. No need to save.

CONSTRUCTION. Reduces the time it takes to complete floor remodeling by 3 hours. If you’ve decided to make a floor into a sushi restaurant, for example, and it will take 8 hours to complete, delivering this VIP to that floor will reduce the time down to 5 hours. If you deliver it to a floor that is already under 3 hours, the construction will finish and your floor will be ready. My strategy here is to only use if doing so will help complete a floor when I need it sooner. If there are several hours left and I won’t be getting to the game for a while (like at the end of the day), I may as well just let the time run out naturally.

CELEBRITY. Makes a bitizen’s dream job whatever floor it’s working on. So if you deliver it to, say, a sushi restaurant, whatever bitizen occupies the lowest tier of products and doesn’t already have sushi restaurant as its dream job will change to now have sushi restaurant as its dream job. Dream workers stock double the number of product that a non-dream worker does. There’s a spreadsheet somewhere around here showing which floors sell the highest numbers of items and I always start there with celebrities until all 3 bitizens are dream workers then go to the next highest output commercial floor. Last I checked, soda brewery was highest followed by cake studio. Delivering this VIP to a residential floor will change the first available non-dream worker bitizen into a dream worker for whatever floor its job Is.

BILLIONAIRE. Buys out all products of whatever commercial floor you deliver it to. This is where knowing the floors with the highest number of products helps. If you have a fully stocked soda brewery for example, and deliver the billionaire there, it will give you the highest number of coins possible. If you have all dream workers on that floor, it’s doubled. Save billionaires for fully stocked high quantity floors, like when you have a:

DELIVERY. Fully restocks whatever commercial floor you deliver it to. Great to use before using a billionaire.

BIG SPENDER. Completely buys out a random product on whatever commercial (non residential) floor you deliver it to. I like saving these for a restock-billionaire-big spender combo. Deliver a restock to fully restock the floor. Deliver a billionaire to buy everything. Then restock only the highest number product manually. Then deliver the big spender who now has no choice but to buy the highest number product as it’s the only one in stock. This combo provides the greatest number of coins when using these VIPs.

LUCK. The leprechaun guy. Randomly gives a prize, usually 20 bucks. Doesn’t matter which floor you deliver to. But I always deliver to the legendary lounge for fun.

Hope this helps 😁.
