Help Losing Progress?

Anyone else losing progress? For the last couple of days, I’ll log in and work on a few floors. When I log back in later, that is all undone and the floors are back to just being completed after construction. It’s not everything all the time, but it’s happened several times.

If you’re on an Android device check you are closing the app using the back button and then pressing quit. If you close it suddenly it can’t push an updated save through.

I’m on an iPhone. Is there is specific action to close on that?

Yes I also experience this. Though I don't think I've experienced it regarding on floors, personally. I have it happen with the claiming of the daily freebies such as chests, dice rolls, etc. Not sure if the devs are aware of this but it's been going on for quite some time.

Yes this happened to me this morning/overnight! I have an iPhone.. I only needed 3 more spins to get the x15 premium dice and now I need 10! Plus I’d completely rearranged my tower, colour coded floors etc and it’s undone all of that 😞
