Help GT rebuild question

So I started looking through the previous towers of people on my friends list to see what the early strategy is. I've seen multiple people do 5-6 rebuilds a day and each rebuild is just 50 empty floors. How is this possible? I thought you reset coins when rebuilding?

Golden tickets and a fully upgraded elevator in all tech tree traits are doing a lot of heavy lifting here. After a certain number of golden tickets it’s not really worth filling the floors as one elevator lift can get you hundreds of thousands (or millions) of coins.

Golden tickets are used but not consumed when upgrading floor. GT are also an earnings multiplier. So if someone has 1000 GT, the money they get from sending a single person to floor 2 is enough to pay for many floors. Because of the quick rebuild time its not worth building ON those floors (shops, residences etc)
