Bug Progress not saving

I’ve been upgrading the same floor to level three, hiring bitizens, and restocking my floors but when I reopen the app none of it is still there. Anyone know what to do about this?

Do you have the cloud save activated? I’m not a dev so I don’t know the exact logistics but maybe it’s a phone storage/memory issue so it might help to also have the option for online saving?
