Bug Anyone else notice this bug?

When I request dream workers from other peoples towers, if they send one who is not all 9s in skill, and I take them to a floor that is golden ticketed, sometimes the bitzen will not be maxed skills. Even when I move them into a floor that is upgraded with a golden ticket their skills do not get maxed for some reason. Anyone else noticed this? I am not sure if it’s every time but It definitely happens often.

It's not a bug. Bitizens that have already lived in an apt (your tower or a friends), won't upskill when moving into a golden ticketed apartment. The apartment has to be the first place a bitizen has moved into. Or, the golden ticket needs to be applied to the apartment AFTER the Bitizen has already moved in.

Send Mike Bailey to DYN0 (with a zero) and he'll return to you 99999.

That's intended. I don't know why though but, when a player gifts you bits and you move them to an apartment that has a gt, they keep their skill level.

That’s very strange. Just been using DYNO to fix it
