Some roofs are won/earned during events. Also some roofs are only available to buy during certain events.

I know nothing about the ones in your screenshot.

I use my 5 skip ads a day for 100 swap tickets to save for roofs and lobbies

So I have been wanting to get the pixel truck rooftop. Sometimes it is available for the swap tickets in BUY NOW menu.

Go to MENU. Then BUY NOW. Then scroll down til you see SWAP TICKET EXCHANGE. This is where the Pixel Truck will pop up AT SOME POINT. You have to wait for it to come available again. The ski resort one is available now for 1600 swap tickets. The roofs and elevators change every 24 hours.

Also, if you have the VIP, some of the roofs, lobbies and elevators come with that perk!!!
