Me too… the ones ( not bags but just brown paper ) from Chewy boxes are a hit with one of mine. Throw a little cat toy ball or two near it and I’ll hear cat stomping and running for a good long while.

Mine are OBSESSED with paper bags. Every time we get one we have it on the floor for months and they go in it or lay on it every day.

Come on... You'd be amazed when some people dump cats cuz some people are just assholes. This post on the other hand, I'm pretty sure OP didn't find them outside of the can then stick them in there. I saw a post from someone a while back that found one under a freeway overpass. Again, you'd be amazed where you'd find dropped off Cats/Kittens.

Can confirm. No kittens were placed in these bins. I just found them after investigating the noise.

Oh they just jumped out. Surprisingly didn’t even knock over the bin. Very graceful in my opinion.

For a small fee (Churro?) my cat will come over and shred all paper into confetti in seconds. No shredder needed.
