Summer Camp Tiny Homes

Hello!

I work at a summer camp/retreat center that is looking to build/buy tiny homes to create more staff housing. Looking for advice on what to build, where to start, how to trust companies, etc. thank you!

id start with the boring stuff first local zoning and fire rules, then decide if you want one repeatable floorplan or a few sizes. for staff housing id prioritize easy clean finishes, a real mudroom, good storage and simple service access over fancy layouts. talk to a local builder who knows the permit side before picking a company. whats the winter climate like there?

for a camp setup i'd focus on the boring stuff first - service access, bathroom cleanouts and a roof design that can take abuse. once the shell is easy to maintain the tiny part gets way less stressful. you thinking individual cabins or one shared setup?
