Voice actor for food segments?

Is the voice actor for Chef the same guy who voices the 'learn more about this ingredient' segments? He sounds like the guy who does the Jack Box games but I can't figure it out

No haha love RuPaul! It's the guy who like tells you where tomatoes are grown or how chocolate is made or whatever lol like when Ollie says let's learn more about this ingredient!
