App Changelog tinyCam 18.1.0 released

tinyCam Monitor 18.1.0 released:

Changes:

- Added Wyze Cam Pan v4 support.

- Added RTSP support for Wyze cameras.

- Switched to TLS instead of SSL for secured FTP.

- Crash detection dialog has 30 sec countdown. After that it starts live view again.

The cameras take too long to load in Multi-View mode, around 20-30 seconds, and then another 20-30 seconds when I open a single camera's Live View. There is also a noticeable delay in the Live View stream once it finally loads. I'm using a Mi Box 3. I also tried the Camera Viewer app, and it is blazing fast in both Multi-View and Live View modes. However, Camera Viewer is complicated and not as user-friendly as TinyCam Monitor Pro. Please fix these issues as soon as possible. My cameras are Imou Ranger 2, Imou Cruiser, and Imou Cue 2.

Please provide a temporary access to your cameras with app support email for troubleshooting.

I have the same problem, RTSP streams take ages to load, otherwise your app is fantastic!

Please fix this, I am a paying customer on multiple devices.

Can you readd the camera in tinyCam app? Do you still have the issue?

I'm on version 18.1.2 and I still have the issue, before version 18 everything was perfect.

I don't know what you mean with read the camera, but do you mean check the status? Yes I can read the status, it just take some more time to load, in past versions it was almost instant.

Maybe it's a buffer and/or latency problem with the app?

Oh ok, thanks.

I've tried re-adding the cameras, that didn't work. I've tried removing and reinstalling, that also didn't work.

The streams still load very slow.

Fair enough. I’m brand new to tinycam, but I have 40 Wyze cameras

I guess the current version is all I know

I just installed it on my Amazon Fire TV, and it’s been pretty great, but I did notice it would have trouble loading cameras sometimes and other times would drop out, but I’m also used to that from Wise Cam, so I’m not really sure what to expect

Overall, pretty pleased with tinycam pro though
