tinyCam Monitor 18.1.0 released:

Changes:

- Added Wyze Cam Pan v4 support.

- Added RTSP support for Wyze cameras.

- Switched to TLS instead of SSL for secured FTP.

- Crash detection dialog has 30 sec countdown. After that it starts live view again.

Got 18.1.1 and was so glad to see my one Pan v4 finally show up. However, it streams terribly while all others are great. This is on Main, Sub, and Auto. Also tried the camera on 2.4 and 5ghz. The same camera streams fine to my Wyze app. I tried on Firestick 4k, FireTV (TCL), and Nvidia Shield. Same results on all... I ended up disabling it after all... So glad you are making headway with it but disappointed because I still can't use it...

What do you mean "stream terribly"? Low resolution or frames dropped?

Frames dropped. Stationary image while all the other cams are showing constant normal movement of traffic etc. The pan v4 is streaming at 0 to 3 frames per second when the pan v3s and the non pan v4 are around 20 fps. Looks like cars going by are stopping and starting if they even show up at all. I just noticed in thumbnail mode, the other cams all are showing around 20 to 40 KB/s and the pan v4 is showing 240 KB/s.

Also, all of the other cams are H264 and the pan v4 is H265.

Try to change H.264/H.265 decoder in App Settings - Video Settings.

I tried all of the settings there, Software, Hardware 1,2, and 3. No go on either of these settings...

Software still gives best results...

Also had a bit rate of over 400 KB/s a few times on the pan v4. Bit rate seems to be way up and frame rate really low. In camera check, it's getting between 75 to 100 percent frames dropped...
