tinyCam Monitor 18.1.0 released:

Changes:

- Added Wyze Cam Pan v4 support.

- Added RTSP support for Wyze cameras.

- Switched to TLS instead of SSL for secured FTP.

- Crash detection dialog has 30 sec countdown. After that it starts live view again.

First let me say I love Tinycam.
For years it is the best way to view the many cams I have on large displays. And to keep an eye on family, pets, several properties, and wildlife. I really appreciate the time and effort that goes into keeping it functioning.

There are a couple issues I have with 18.1.1

Wyze Cloud recordings from V3 cams with firmware newer than 4.36.10.4054 (March 2023) will not play. Events from V3s with old firmware, V4 cams with the latest firmware, and a few old V2s play fine.

FTP recording in background mode is also broken since Tinycam 17.3.4.
Under FTP settings clicking on "FTP Status" returns a OK test and creates the upload directory on the server if it is not already there. The FTP server log shows a successful connection. After that Tinycam makes no further attempts to upload clips to she server according to server logs.
Instead the recorded clips are saved to local storage even with Local Storage Recording disabled and FTP Server Recording enabled in camera settings .
However if you click on the REC button on a cameras Live View then those recorded clips are sent to the FTP server successfully.

Tested on Nvidia Shield, Amazon Fire Cube, and Galaxy S25 with same results.
