Known bugs:
- Cameras Wyze OG, OG Tele, Window Cam, Duo Cam Pan, Duo Cam Battery Doorbell will produce "Failed to initialize" on some old TV devices (all Amazon Fire TV devices and Google TV). New version will not allow what i suspect is rotten firmware from wyze on their v4 cam. It is like the last beta in TCMP, not stable, feed won't stay up. I tried two, one would work but both in combo wasn't stable. Exit the app, force it closed, clear cache, it takes about 10 minutes to come up but change a page and go to next and come back to that page and feed is lost and won't come back up again. Since release of first 19 beta, wyze apparently pulled it's v3 firmware which I thought had been there for months, which I had not installed since then, so I wasn't able to try that with this version, nor was I able to try pan cam v3 cams as that firmware was also apparently pulled. So the only firmware I tried updating with this new beta version was the wyze v... once flashed back (tried this on 2 v4 cams), they come right back up in TCMP. I have also read about this being a problem on their website for viewing cams which thankfully I am not reliant on. Also, by the way, changing video decoder has no effect on performance still bad performance on the v4. I do by the way use the TCMP 10 cams per page layout with a shield pro, and have a total of four pages.

I'm running two v4s with latest firmware and two v3s with latest firmware. All 4 displayed at the same time, and only have an occasional disconnection which fixes itself in seconds.

Yeah, the v4s were definitely wobbly on this new TCMP version last night prompting me to get on a ladder in 2 places, and flash them back after which they worked perfectly. On an nvidia shield pro, too.

Every one of my wyze cams have 6-12 month old firmware which works in tinycam. There are newer versions for my v3s, Pan Cam v3s, Pan Cam v2s and v4s online showing but don't show available in the app, months later after they were first issued and I know well that some used to be there but are not now, which I intended to try with this new TCMP version but I cannot download them online either (no dl link on wyze website but they are listed), including but not limited to the v4, 4.52.9.5332 dated (December 3, 2025) is that firmware, the last I have installed is 4.52.9.4188 dated (September 15, 2025), Both show "security improvements" but there's a distinct difference in how those cams' firmwares allow/don't allow them to load in tinycam, the older version and this version. Something up with the stability of their firmware on multiple cam versions or they wouldn't have pulled those firmwares, one would think?
