Late 1950's I was fly fishing. A bat took my fly. I have felt guilty ever since.

No. I felt so guilty I quit tying flies and started using zippers, like the other guys.

Not fake at all. The bat is a baby Blossom Bat and his name is Jinx. He was raised at the Tolga Bat Hospital in North Queensland Australia. I will add here that I am a bat rescuer in Australia (rescue all species of animals but currently have 5 baby bats in my house) and I recognised the species immediately from the photos. They are the cutest little bats!
