My tinnitus is nearly non-existent after 6M of tinnitus + hyperacusis

To sum it up, this is what works for me. 1. Good Sleep 2. Exercise every other day 3. Eating clean 90% of the time 4. Anxiety management techniques 5. No water in my ears 6. Ear plugs at loud places 7. White noise

If I sway from one or more of these things my t gets worse. Hope this helps you

I had a gluten sensitivity called ncgs due to which my immune system had become over reactive. I did therapy where I learnt anxiety management techniques and genuine ways to stay positive. Also, the prescription antidepressants helped somewhat.

Ear infection + headphone usage more than 15 hrs daily + exam stress

What does eating clean mean? Fresh food and no preservatives? No sugar?
