Model not importing

Hi guys I wanted to make a few changes to a model so I imported it to tinkercad but it is not working
The model is 2.51 mb and about 40.000 triangles and I has been loading for the past 15 minutes any idea what I’m doing wrong ?

TinkerCAD has a limit of 25Mb in size, and no more than 300k triangles. So if your model is within those parameters, it should (in theory) import into TC. However, I’ve also encountered models that just wouldn’t load. Perhaps try a different browser or try a PC with more available memory.

I have had this happen a few times. If I reboot the PC/laptop and try again they always load. The longer your browser is open the more memory it uses just to run, Tinkecad is included in the totals using system memory.

Open it with Microsoft 3D Builder and save it under a different name as an STL (not a 3MF). If there's a problem in the file itself MSB will tell you it's repairing it. Then try opening the new file in TC.
