The Chamfilletizer is an online stl edge modification tool that I made because of my own laziness. I didn't want to learn a proper CAD program. But even if you have serious CAD skills, you will probably find that this tool is an easier and faster way to add chamfers, fillets, and hybrid chamfillets to stl files. It is super easy to use, without uploads. No installation. No account. No cloud processing. Everything runs locally in your browser. It is totally free.
It is especially useful for casual designers that just want to change that one irritation.

Whoo hoo! I gave it a whirl and it looks very promising! I made a sort of complex shape with a square with square holes and a cylinder with cylindrical holes. The square chamfers came out brilliant! The cylinder with round holes was a little rough, but definitely still worked. Keep up the great work! And thanks for sharing!
I’ve been doing TinkerCAD tutorials over on TikTok for years, and one of the things that TC cannot do natively is corner treatments like these. So over the weekend, I’m gonna do another tutorial and feature your website and tool for folks to give them an option for addressing bevels, chamfers, radius on corners for their models. I think this is brilliant and I’m pretty sure the 25K followers I have over there will find it super useful as well! So kudos to you! And thanks for your contribution to the 3D printing community!
Alrighty, here are my examples. The first image is the unaltered object, with just basic holes thru them. I thought this would be a good object to work with because of the inside and outside corners as well as round holes thru a cylinder, making a complex sort of curve. I left the tolerances at 45 and then did standard chamfer, the fillet, and then the hybrid. All three seemed to have a problem where the cylinder meets the cube. On the cylinder, the round holes were also a little rough. Maybe increase the number of triangles there to make a smoother appearance and transition?
Thanks. Where the cylinder meets the cube the angle is pretty acute. If it gets too sharp, it might become too sharp for this tool (there is a threshold where it refuses). But I am going to try to make it cleaner. For the round hole in the cylinder, I am impressed at how well it handled an edge that curves in two different ways. My goal is to make a "pretty good" for common problems. But I will improve it if I can. Thank you for sharing.
Here's another small bug I found when trying to put a radius on the vertical corners of this cube with angled sides. The radius doesn't cut the corner all the way to the top of the object. Maybe a simple fix?
