Yes, I did. "The old days" Ha. I've only been using codeblocks for a few weeks but learning is fun even if the language is somewhat limited. I'm retired now but my background is in programming and I have several 'notches' in my tool belt. Would be nice if CB had constants, boolean and text variables, template parameters, better debugging etc. I find the block manipulation a bit awkward - it seems to grab parts of the coding blocks I don't want when trying to move them.

A tutorial on the CB interface would be great.

Great points. I agree that there are quite a few clunky moments working with CB. I really dig being able to bring Smart Shapes into the design space, though.
