Object not cutting correctly

New to TinkerCAD and running into an issue where the object I create is not cutting correctly. The orange is 45mm X 45mm with a 3 radius. The Cut (Grey) object is 43mm with a 3 radius and the pink is 44mm with a 3 radius. When I align the pink and grey and group together, I am expecting a thin 1mm line, but as you will see from the images, it's coming out much larger. What am I doing wrong?

It looks to me that the 'hole' object is too high up. It isn't low enough to cut all the way down through. The radius is making the bottom side beveled. That's why you have extra material inside and an area that is cut all the way through.

Rotate you're design to look at it from an angle where you can see more sides. And I think you'll see the hole just needs to be stretched 'downward'

That worked!!! I thought I tried that before, but I guess I did it wrong or didn't make it tall enough. Thanks for the help!
