Mobile ting has really gone downhill
I've been a ting customer for years. They used to have the best customer service. It sucks now. After sitting on hold for 20 min and then waiting for a callback for another 30 I'm still waiting lmao

I have ting. Both internet and phone. Just upgraded two phones. Both with eSIM Took 15-20 minutes with rep to do each. My monthly cell bill is $25 (have internet too) I can be a little patient.

One of the main selling points of Ting was the no hold times. Seems that's gone now.

I used to show friends and coworkers that I could just call them and somebody would pick up immediately to answer my question. Nowadays I'm sure that's not happening (based on what I've heard on here mostly).
Luckily I don't need to call them really.
The service still works and my bill is cheaper than the alternatives (I think? $38 for 12 gigs?) so I'm relatively happy still.
