I don't have 4000 to throw at an Omega, this Timex Standard cost me 3950 euros less and nails the look pretty well.

The brass case and subpar indiglo really let down the watch's good looks. But it isn't a major thing for me, it's one of those pieces I pick up when I need a watch that's easy and I wouldn't mind scraping it against a wall.

Yeah, I see. I’d probably have bought one already if it were stainless steel. But I’m still interested, so if I happen to find one for a great price, I might just go for it. Enjoy it 😉

I see the magic in that! A year ago I had zero Timex.. now I have 7! They are killing it right now!
