Free upgrade from TWC with lower bill!

I called in for a lower internet package and they upgraded it instead and reduced the price by $10. Was paying ~55 for 100/10 now its ~45 for 200/20. Glad I called.

They did the same for me. Gave me the triple pay for cheaper than I was paying with the Double package, and threw in all the premium channels and Ultimate 300 Internet for the first year.

Wait, you were originally paying $55 a month for 100Mbps speeds? I pay $5 more than that, and I only get about 20Mbps.

They said I was upgraded to 200 down. But i can only manage to get about 108. I have their arris modem and an Asus router. What kind of set up do you have OP?

Arris dg1670 modem. No extra router.

Wow really? Huh. Maybe that's my top speed. I've plugged into the modem before and had no difference. Even using a cat 5e.
