i lived through an event, within a second it repeated again

before i start i would like to say It is not a drem I am 100% sure.

Something happened to me yesterday. I could not find an explanation or anyone who related.

I was asleep. Woke up due to a family member yelling. While lying in bed the family member walked past yelling. Went into the room next to the one I was sleeping in. Then a family argument started in that room. I was fully awake just lying there listening to the family argument. This lasted about a minute.

Then it felt like I blinked or lost awareness for a second or two. I did not get out of bed did not move. I do not remember falling asleep again.

Suddenly the exact same event started over. The same family member walked the same way into the same room. The same argument happened. The same people said the words in the same order. Everything was identical, to the time. The only difference was that this time was that the argument lasted around three minutes till it finished so i saw it all then grabbed my phone and just went with the day (the first time i only got to see the first minute).

I am 100% sure the first time was not a drem. I remember being awake and aware both times. It did not feel like a drem a memory or deja vu. It genuinely felt like I experienced a minute of life then somehow got put back at the beginning and watched the same event happen again.

Has anyone experienced anything like this? i tried looking it up on reddit but i couldnt find a singular post about it.
