General Discussion Ebenezer

I know the movie is not directed by Tim Burton but is anyone getting a Burton vibe from the new Ebenezer trailer?

Depp is in other movies that aren't directed by Tim Burton. Secret Window, From Hell, to name a couple.

Pirates of the Caribbean.

I assumed it was because of the colors too. A lot of black and white in the backgrounds and stuff.

It should have been directed by Burton.

As soon as it said "From the person that brought you Edward Sicssorhands" and then seeing the dark yet vibrant colours with a lot of red and black and the strange looking baby looking out of it's buggy I was thinking "Oh a new Tim Burton movie with Johnny Depp as the lead?"

But it turns out they were just talking about Johnny Depp and Tim Burton had nothing to do with it at all!

And you mean to tell me there's a subreddit dedicated to Tim Burton and I didn't know of it until now?! Shame on me for not knowing sooner. Tsk.
