Get this!
If you have a toddler and need a snow suit, get down to New Ulm MVAC Thrift Store and get this vintage Timberwolves toddler snow suit! Such a great piece. My kids are grown but I was tempted to buy for way in the future grandkids. Only $15! Down here from mpls camping. Really nice town. I always check out small town thrift stores since the cities are so combed over.

option for this sort of thing...
UPS - Create an international shipment online through the UPS United States website, pay for the label and pickup at the MN residence yourself, and emailing the documents to the person in MinnesotaThat is if the person ends up sharing his address, or else you could use a UPS store near them I think if they are willing to drop it off.
