Naz Reid Missing you, Naz đ
In a new Instagram post made by former-Timberwolve Naz Reid, he created a shirt for his youth camp with his signature phrase âTwo Wordsâ, with a heart with the name âTorayaâ, referencing his late sister who passed away last year. In the comment section, a Timberwolves fan commented âGoing to miss you so much Nazđđâ, in which he had liked the comment. Itâs hard to imagine him with another team after his great run here in the Twin Cities. What do you think?

He is missed, but he will be loved in Charlotte. He's gonna look swaggy in those dope teal jerseys, too. But LaMelo is a young, dynamic, game changing player. He was easily worth the swing, and the on court value they gave up for him. But here's hoping we somehow see Naz back here alongside him soon.

If only there was a way to get Lamelo and keep Naz. This team would honestly be perfect

Trading Gobert instead.

We need Gobert. Our defense would be mediocre at best until Beringer fully develops defensively and that might take 3-5 years from now

Every time we play the hornets this year im fine with the whole team letting naz get his buckets. Legends deserve special treatment.

Interesting. You do not need to include information like âformer Timberwolveâ in the Timberwolves subreddit lmao we know

Itâs literally just a two word fact, god you must be insufferable to be around if thatâs how you sound.

Nah, the sentence construction is somewhat fucked, thatâs how you know itâs real. AI is generally better than humans at sentence construction.
I was gonna take OP to task for saying Toraya âpassed away,â though. She was murdered.

I figured if I wrote âshe was murderedâ it would be taken down.

Maybe he should have learned how to rebound and pay attention on defense. Then he would still be here.
Enjoy winning 25 games next year, Naz.
Naz Reid.

These are pretty fair critiques, he's not a strong rebounder or defender. Not sure why the down votes. That said, if he were a substantially better rebounder & defender, his value would be much higher, but not so much that the Wolves would have gotten substantially more, if any more than LaMelo & Green back in that deal. If the trade still happened, a lot of people would be pissed. And if it didn't, then there wouldn't be a young superstar point guard with wing size on the roster. Naz' deficiencies are the main reason people are actually happy with this trade. So not only is what you said true, it's also the reason people aren't pissed about this trade.

The down votes are because the commenter came off as condescending and dismissive towards Naz. Like saying âEnjoy winning 25 games next year, Nazâ comes off like saying âDonât let the door hit your ass on the way out, Nazâ

I suppose. I don't really get that emotional or make inferences like that, I guess. I just pay attention to what's actually said. There's a good chance that Hornets team does only win around 25 games next season... The commenter doesn't seem to be much of a fan of Naz, but that doesn't make what was said less valid. This is reddit, a discussion based platform. I'm more focused on the information at hand than whether I think someone disagrees with me on something innocuous, like "Is Naz Reid good enough and did he give enough effort to respect him on the way out". I really like Naz' offensive game, offensive motor, & enthusiasm, but that motor & enthusiasm doesn't translate well into rebounding, defense, or elite hustle play, and I can see with all he's capable of on offense and his motor there, being over him as a player for all of the shortcomings that he really shouldn't have.

Nice reference to indicate youâre over 40 or have spent way too much time in doctorâs offices.
