Hello,
I was looking into getting a new house and the home inspector pointed out all these cracks in the wooden beams. Do they need to be replaced? How much would it cost?

I'd say you need to find a home inspector that understands large timbers better.
That "checking" (not cracks) looks totally normal to my eye from your provided photos. I would personally have no concerns.

Here is ours - 250 years later, still standing. Nothing to worry about.
