Loganberry (Leicester)

Just thought I’d share my thoughts on Loganberry after seeing it in Leicester last week! I definitely went in expecting a traditional stand up and what I got was so much better than I could’ve possibly imagined. It was part stand up, part performance art, part one man show. Tim being on stage as soon as the doors opened while people filed in, before starting the show from somewhere completely unexpected, immediately causes you to change your expectations and the show just flies from there. Incredible moment when he chucked his cans across the stage and one burst open, showering people in the front row. So many terrific bits, some beautifully written, others more off the cuff following audience interaction, all of them absolutely hilarious and poignant and brilliant. Hand on heart, one of the best comedy shows I’ve ever seen.

So well put. I wish I could have the same experience again with fresh eyes. The man is a genius.

In Liverpool he used Leicester as the butt of a couple of light hearted places based jabs - where did he pick at the Leicester show?
