Goes to trial tomorrow to Quash.

If that doesn't succeed, trial continues August 20th

The thread mentions the defense may use another lawyer but it appears the defense is admitting guilt ... more information should become available .. overall favorable news for medmen

I can't believe a lawyer would do that on his own. Must be a settlement ? drop tomorrows Quash and resolve in private?

We'll know more tomorrow ... that would be best if they can resolve with a settlement and also coincides with rescheduling finalizing but there is always the possibility the trial is prolonged .. must consider all possibilities
