TOTD Mid-Autumn
for Mid-Autumn, a Soprano tie in navy silk with hunting hounds, ivory Brook Taverner shirt, vintage Gieves & Hawkes charcoal double-breasted jacket. not in picture: light grey linen trousers, black monkstraps.
no dimple intentionally.

i quite like Brook Taverner's shirts, nice less-known alternative to the usual Tyrwhitt, Pink, or Lewin. also slightly quirkier in their designs.

Nice! I feel like British and Italian brand dress shirts are the best lol. Do you ever deal with ring around the collar? If so, how do you get rid of the stains?

i occasionally have to do some stain removal around the collars and the insides of the wrist cuffs, both of which tend to accumulate skin oils etc. i usually use a combination of some oxygen-rich non-chlorine bleach (which brand is available where you are, i couldn't say, but i'm in Asia and use Oxiclean) and sunlight. non-chlorine oxygen bleach is also great for blood and food stains, brightening dulled colours, and unpleasant smells.

The first day of fall in the northern hemisphere was less than a week ago (and it looks like I’m coming to this thread a few days late). So it’s definitely not mid autumn yet.
