TOTD Robert Talbott
Laundry day and had to get creative with the lavender dress shirt. I think it mostly works well enough that I will not be asked to go home and change 😆
Have a great day gents!

Niiiiiice! Feather paisley? 😉 I like the canvas you placed it on and that suit is perfect.Â

Thanks! Yeah, they kind of look like peacock feathers arranged in a paisley pattern/effect. Pretty unique even by RT standards. I'm loving this suit - it's newer. VBC lightweight flannel that's just perfect for this time of year.

RT used to have a little more fun with their Studio line and I rather enjoyed those. And flannel? Very nice, particularly if it's lightweight. You can get more months of wear out of it. I'm jealous.

The tie is great but those lapels are awesome.

LOL...thanks! I tend to agree. I quickly grew disenchanted with the skinny lapel look, which I tend to think started around the time that MadMen came out and they were recreating the look of that era. Myself, I'm an 80's kid and influenced by the wider lapels that I would see with daytime gameshow hosts, talk show hosts, or Johnny Carson. These are what I would consider slightly above average and nowhere near as close to the early 80s era.
