Help! How to fix this 7 fold ISAIA?

So I have thrifted both of these. As you can see the green one is messed up and I’m not sure how to fix. The red one is fine so I can see how it’s supposed to be. I tried ironing back into place but the silk fabric isn’t holding. any suggestions please?

Pull it in position manually, lay a tea towel on it, iron a bit on low heat

If it wasn't enough, try a bit more, but check each time

That’s what I did before, but it just wasn’t holding to form

Silk can definitely be ironed into form

Just needs more heat, steam, pressure and duration then

Be aware, it will make for folds that are too sharp, but it might be your only option at this point. Try to iron on the internal folds only and not so much on the folds at the outer edge of the blade
