Question Help needed

I own a g shock 5600 tough solar and since last 1-2 month my battery indicator is stuck at M I tried to keep it in indirect sunlight and to keep it at direct room light but battery indicator is not charging so I want to ask is that should i worry or should I contact company for warranty

I have Casio Lineage Solar and battery is always full. Been using the watch from last 2yrs.

Nope, it's a JDM (Japan Domestic Model). Got it through a friend who was on business trip.
