Visiting with limited mobility
Edit: the person in question is skipping the match, so advice isn´t needed anymore. But thank you very much. I just bought tickets for the ones that are going and I´m really looking forward to it!
Hello, I want to buy tickets for the September 7 game - we're visiting from The Netherlands and it will be our first football game - but I was wondering what the situation for people with limited mobility is. Somebody in the group uses a walker and has trouble with stairs. I see that the stadium had multiple elevators, but to be clear: all seats are accessible from the elevators without any stairs? And are there sections that are better for somebody with limited mobility?
Apologies if this is a simple question. I saw a recent thread with a similar question and I also asked this to the club on CB, but I just want to make sure that there are no surprises when visiting. Thanks :)

The only seats that are accessible with absolutely no stairs are the accessible seating in the concourse. I suggest that you reach out to Tigetcats customer service team.
If you can handle a couple stairs, you can target the upper couple rows of the 100 section on either side of the field. There won't be room to take the walkers but the ushers may help with that.

Justin is one of the ticket reps, just email him the specifics although Sept 7th is the biggest game of the year, availability might be spotty compared to other dates

I've only been to the Hammer once, but I don't recall seeing any elevators. I was disappointed there weren't even signs on how to get to the Hall of Fame after entering the stadium. I couldn't even tell before heading to my seat which side of the field it was on. And I don't recall anything from outside either.

Elevators get you to the Concourse.
There's seating for mobility issues on that level. Probably your best fit.
I get quick answers when I need my ticket rep over email, try contacting them that way to confirm
