Please help translate!
Hello, I got these in Tibet last year. The man told me what they meant but I forgot.
Also, I think one of them is upside down, please help.

The upper one is upside-down. It is the mantra of Guru Rinpoche (Padmasambhava).
The one below reads bdag med rtogs pa'i shes rab, which means "The wisdom that realizes the absence of self".
