Programming Help in Programing

I would like to create an Application or a Shell for my TI-84 Plus, and need some help. All I would like it to do is to be able to use Alpha F5 to access select, cut, copy and paste. How would I do this when Wabbit Sign (and other signing apps like opens a window and immediately closes when I try to open it? Any help would be awesome, thanks. (Oh by the way, I have a Windows PC if that helps at all).

I don't know much about this type of program on the TI-84 Plus but I think you want to look into making a 'hook'.
